President

Jennifer is a strategically focused marketing and business leader with over 20 years of experience in championing analytical results for multi-million dollar companies whom target the luxury market and B2B corporations throughout the U.S.  A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Architectural History and a concentration in Marketing and Business, Jennifer is a strong communicator, who delivers high-caliber programs.  

Jennifer has been recognized for her contributions to and support of ARTWEEK Boston by the Highland Street Foundation, Citi Performing Arts Center, and ArtPlace.  She has been recognized in Boston Common's "The List" twice and she has earned several awards, including two Gold PRISM awards for Best Marketing Event of the Year, and Best Advertisement of the Year.

Jennifer has served multiple terms as a board member for the Builders & Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and the International Furnishings & Design Association of New England (IFDA-NE). 

Jennifer is a strong advocate of the Arts and Outdoor Recreational Parks and Gardens.  As a result, she has volunteered her services for the Fenway Alliance, TEDxFenway and the Mayor's Rose Garden Party in Boston, MA.

  JEREMY SOLOMON     Copywriter   Jeremy is a seasoned marketing professional, with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans for senior level executives and institutions.  His career has spanned higher education, government, and private consulting.  Jeremy's career started in the nonprofit sector, as a corps member and team leader for City Year. He currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Communications & Public Affairs at Simmons College.    His career highlights include serving as Director of Communications and City Spokesman for his hometown City of Newton, MA; White House advance staff under President Clinton; and Deputy Director of Scheduling & Advance in the Office of the Secretary in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  A gifted writer and strategic thinker, Jeremy holds a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor in Political Science degree from the University of Vermont.   Jeremy’s vast background in marketing and communications has benefited many of our clients.  He delivers fresh and intelligent  content for marketing collateral, web pages and social media.

  BARBARA BALDUMAN    Regional Associate    Barbara's work experience began on Capitol Hill where she was the Associate Director of the National Association of Federally Impacted Schools (NAFIS).  During her 12 years with NAFIS, Barbara cultivated relationships with school district personnel, Federal government officials, Members of Congress and their staffs; developed legislation (appropriations and authorization), oversaw the association’s budget; planned and managed all the events of NAFIS – from board meetings to regional conferences to the association’s semi-annual conferences of 500+ attendees.    Various roles since NAFIS have included the Campaign Director for  Team In Training , the largest fundraising arm of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society; Sales and Marketing Director for two regional custom home building companies, General Sales Manager for a national home building company, and Admissions Director for various private schools.     Privately, Barbara is a co-founder of the Loudoun Lyme 5K/10K/1Mile event. The event has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the National Capital Lyme Disease Association since its inauguration in 2010.    Barbara’s broad experience in marketing, sales, customer service and event management is a great asset to our firm.
