President

Jennifer is a strategically focused marketing and business leader with over 20 years of experience in championing analytical results for multi-million dollar companies whom target the luxury market and B2B corporations throughout the U.S.  A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Architectural History and a concentration in Marketing and Business, Jennifer is a strong communicator, who delivers high-caliber programs.  

Jennifer has served multiple terms as a board member for the Builders & Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and the International Furnishings & Design Association of New England.  She developed the inaugural Take-A-Seat™ Traveling Exhibit, Gala and Auction which successfully raised thousands of dollars for multiple charities. 

Jennifer is a strong advocate of Boston's Arts and Parks.  She has worked closely with the Fenway Alliance, TEDxFenway and the Mayor's Rose Garden Party.

JEREMY SOLOMON Copywriter Jeremy is a seasoned marketing professional, with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans for senior level executives and institutions. His career has spanned higher education, government, and private consulting. Jeremy's career started in the nonprofit sector, as a corps member and team leader for City Year. He currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Communications & Public Affairs at Simmons College.   His career highlights include serving as Director of Communications and City Spokesman for his hometown City of Newton, MA; White House advance staff under President Clinton; and Deputy Director of Scheduling & Advance in the Office of the Secretary in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. A gifted writer and strategic thinker, Jeremy holds a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor in Political Science degree from the University of Vermont.

Jeremy is a seasoned marketing professional, with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans for senior level executives and institutions. His career has spanned higher education, government, and private consulting.

BARBARA BALDUMAN Regional Associate Barbara's experience started on Capitol Hill where she was the Associate Director of the National Association of Federally Impacted Schools.  She planned and managed board meetings, in addition to semi-annual legislative conferences for 500+. Barbara also worked as the Campaign Director for Team In Training, the largest campaign of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she recruited and mentored participants; managed  volunteers, coaches, and the campaign staff. She managed over 25 runs, triathlons, cycle rides and hikes a year to raise funds. Privately, Barbara is a co-founder of the Loudoun Lyme 5K/10K/1Mile event. The event has raised over $350,000 for the National Capital Lyme Disease Association. Barbara's background includes positions as the Admissions Director for various private schools and as the Sales and Marketing Manager for new home construction firms. Her broad experience in marketing and event management is a great asset to our firm.
